Weekly on Saturdays, Hip-hop dance inspired, high energy movement, core and strength training, and body-sculpting

MOVE Strength & Conditioning (M, Th, F, Sa)
Semi-private classes, indoor bootcamps, cardio-kickboxing, and strength training 

Post Injury Rehab: 
* Gradual, functional fitness retraining 
* Modified intensity based on your level 
* Health care provider supervision
